Chapter 16:
Cosmic Victory
The battle reached its climax as Apocalypse, imbued with the stolen Power Cosmic,
faced off against a weakened and distracted Galactus. With a final, decisive strike,
Apocalypse managed to land some devastating blows that Galactus would not soon
forget.
Using the power of the Space Stone, Apocalypse then opened a portal to a distant
planet abundant with life energy where Galactus could feed. He forced Galactus
through the portal, effectively banishing him from Earth.
The council watched in awe as Galactus disappeared into the portal. They had done
it. They had defended their world against the Devourer of Worlds. The feeling of
victory was overwhelming, a testament to their resolve and determination.
But the victory came at a cost. The battle had taken a toll on them, their forces
significantly reduced. They had lost allies, and their world was forever changed. But
they had survived, and that was a victory in itself.
As the dust settled, Apocalypse stood tall. He had led his forces to victory against a

over. With Galactus banished to a distant planet, Apocalypse knew they had bought
