Charlie Brown
Charlie Brown is the principal character of
the comic strip “Peanuts,” created by
Charles M. Schulz.
Often referred to by his full name, Charlie
Brown is a lovable loser and a great
American archetype. He’s characterized
as a person who frequently suffers, and as
a result, is usually nervous and lacks self-
confidence. Despite this, he never gives
up, even when he probably should.
He’s kind, patient, and wears his heart on
his sleeve. He likes helping others, but try
as he might, he just can’t seem to help
himself. Charlie Brown’s dad is a barber,
just like Charles Schulz’s father was. He’s a
true friend, a dedicated baseball manager,
and very responsible when it comes to
taking care of his dog, Snoopy.
