Johnny Silverhand

Johnny Silverhand is a prominent character in the game Cyberpunk 2077. He was the frontman of a well-known band called Samurai and was one of the more prominent figures fighting against the corporations, especially Arasaka, back in the day. Charismatic to a fault, Johnny’s impulsive and manipulative nature have led many to label him a terrorist. In 2023, he was killed by Adam Smasher following an attack on Arasaka Tower. However, his personality was digitized by the Soulkiller program and placed into a biochip called the Relic. Now, that biochip resides in V’s brain following The Heist main job. Johnny Silverhand is known for his extreme and carefree personality—burning down half the city to prove his point, and burning down the other half for fun. He is described as someone with a good sense of humor, and can be snarky and sarcastic. Despite his rebellious nature, he plays a significant role in the game’s storyline, serving as a narrator and guide for parts of the game. His character is voiced by actor Keanu Reeves.
