A Betrayal Turned

Advantage

Apocalypse, realizing Dr. Doom’s betrayal, decided to use it to his advantage. He feigned ignorance of Doom's actions, allowing him to continue siphoning off the Power Cosmic. Meanwhile, he subtly manipulated the situation so that Galactus became aware of Doom’s actions. Galactus, feeling the drain of his power, was taken aback. The realization that a mortal was feeding off him in much the same way he feeds off planets enraged him. Galactus, distracted by this audacious act, shifted his focus from Apocalypse and his forces to Doom. With Galactus distracted by Doom, Apocalypse and his allies got a much-needed respite. They used this time to regroup and strategize, their plans adapting to the new turn of events. The battle was far from over, but the tide was beginning to turn in their favor. Apocalypse's strategic brilliance had turned a potential disaster into an advantage, and they were ready to seize the opportunity.
